<p>Bávaro, Punta Cana, March 4, 2024 – Last Monday, March 4, the IMG Nahir Contreras de Prato Foundation together with the IMG Hospital held an exclusive conference on the power of self-love, in which attendees learned practical strategies to cultivate your self-esteem and emotional well-being. The conference was given by Ruth Esther Marte, Clinical Psychologist at IMG Hospital, Hypnotherapist and Specialist in Emotional Wellbeing. During his presentation, Marte shared valuable tools to strengthen self-confidence, develop healthy relationships, and live a fuller life. “Self-love is the basis of emotional well-being,” Marte commented. “When we love ourselves, we are better able to face life's challenges, make healthy decisions, and build positive relationships.” Conference attendees had the opportunity to participate in practical exercises and group dynamics that allowed them to put the tools learned into practice. The day was full of learning, reflection and a lot of positive energy.
